Ordering and Shipping Information

Ordering- Upon checking out via shopping cart, a preliminary invoice is created. We make every effort to assure that all stock listed as “available” is in fact available. Please keep in mind we are dealing with live fish, quality is our primary focus, we simply will not ship fish that for any reason shouldn’t be! All fish must be purged prior to shipment, meaning that, dependent upon type and size of fish,3-5 days of fasting is best. This assures healthy arrival. We will pull your fish (order) and confirm availability promptly, usually within one business day. You will be notified of a shipping and or arrival date at that time. Shipping  

We only ship via Air Cargo

This is our preferred method of shipping and by far the most economical for larger orders. Using air cargo, your fish are packed in the wee hours of the morning, and driven directly to the airport and placed upon a flight. You will pick up your fish at the airport cargo facility the same day. Shipping costs will be conveyed once booking is made. Some airport destinations require shipping to be prepaid versus “Collect”, otherwise shipping is paid directly to the carrier (Delta or Southwest) upon pickup. We guarantee live arrival using Air Cargo all year long. Freight is approximately $ 65.00 – $ 70.00 and about $10.00 for additional boxes up to 4 boxes of fish.(or 100 Lbs) We charge a flat $25.00 handling charge per order, this will be added to your invoice via checkout.  All other freight charges are paid to carrier upon pickup.  We guarantee live arrival using AIR CARGO

Terms of our Guarantee

Terms and Conditions- All fish are guaranteed to be healthy and alive upon arrival. All shipments must be picked up at the earliest possible time. We will not accept any claims for losses after six hours post arrival of flight, regardless of when fish are picked up. All claims must be accompanied by a photo of the fish still in the bag if DOA.  We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays or acts of God.  All claims will be treated as future credits.
